The launch of Moto X Force, on Thursday (29), brought a new type
of screen for the Motorola. Proof trincamentos, the
display promises to be "hard in the fall," with ShatterShield
technology innovation that took three years to complete. This brings greater resistance to
impact and application of force, without much risk of breaking.

The
new way to keep good phone state comes out ahead, for example, Gorilla Glass,
protection manufactured by Corning. In
addition, Motorola brings four-year warranty on the 5.4 inch
screen.Understanding the operation of the system follows.
How it works?
Motorola explains that
the new screen is composed of five different layers. These parts, when joined, give the
machine better collision resistance. See
the details of each level.
First
layer: the outside, the
company acts as the primary line of protection against damage. The manufacturer does not reveal,
however, what is the material used, but states that the component is covered
with special coating, scratch resistant.
Second layer: although it is not the
case, this panel can be identified as the glass separating the AMOLED outside
of the inside of the Moto X Force. Motorola
has stated that the transparent material is more flexible than glass, allowing
to absorb more energy in collisions.
Third
layer: in this part, there are
touch-sensitive interfaces, responsible for identifying the user touches.Unlike
other devices, Motorola has chosen to use two interfaces in the Moto X Force. The reason, according to the
manufacturer, is to ensure that if one of the arrays are damaged, the other can
be thrown.
Fourth
layer: the penultimate part is
the AMOLED display, which is designed to be more flexible and endure more
aggressive situations to its surface.
Fifth layer: the last line of
defense equipment is the aluminum chassis. Designed
to work in harmony with the resistant screen, the card gives more firmly to the
set time to absorb impacts.
Display
that does not leak
After suffering falls,
many phones can break the liquid crystal - if a type display - which results in
leaks and voids the device's screen. In
many cases, even the accident occurs without any noticeable damage to the
glass.
According to the
manufacturer, the AMOLED panel used in Moto X Force has a higher degree of
flexibility, and this should prevent unforeseen genre happen to the smartphone.
Broken Screen is a common problem
Motorola introduces the
ShatterShield solution as a response to the results of a company survey on the
problems faced by consumers when it comes to the fragility of devices.
According to the
survey, 53% of users worldwide are past the shattered phone screen. Of these clients, 21% continue to use
the phone even with the cracked display.
